'Global Tiger Day'
Celebrated on 29th July each year, 'Global Tiger Day' aims to raise awareness of the plight of the Tiger and the need for its conservation. Hamerton Zoo Park is taking part in the campaign for the first time this summer, 2013. These extras have a small charge, and all funds raised during the day will be donated to 'TigerTime' the campaign to save the wild tiger, run by the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation.
